What you can do with the data

Plain terms for every source in this catalogue. Individual sources may add a note of their own on their page; where they do, that note is in addition to this, not instead of it.

What the data is

Every source here extracts information that is already public: filings, registries, published listings, search results, storefront pages. Nothing here is behind a login, a paywall, or a credential we hold. We do not buy personal data, and we do not resell anyone else’s dataset.

What you may do with it

Results delivered to you may be used commercially, stored, transformed, and incorporated into your own product or analysis. Attribution is not required. You do not need to link back to AlphaOSINT or name us as a source.

You may not resell the raw output as a competing data feed — using it inside a product is fine; repackaging it as the product is not.

Where the actual contract lives

Access is sold through the platform hosting each source, currently Apify. Their terms govern the transaction — billing, rate limits, uptime, refunds and liability. This page describes how we treat the data and what we intend you to be able to do with it; it does not override or replace the platform’s agreement, and where the two conflict, theirs applies.

No warranty on upstream sources

These are extractions of sources we do not control. Sites change structure, registries go down, and a field that populated last week can start returning null. Each source page publishes its real success rate and last-modified date so you can judge that for yourself rather than take our word for it. We fix breakages, but we do not warrant continuity of any specific field.

Personal data

Some sources return information about identifiable people — company officers, review authors, job posters — because that information is published by the source itself. You are the controller for whatever you collect. If you are in a jurisdiction with data-protection obligations, GDPR included, meeting them is your responsibility, and a lawful basis for collection is something you need rather than something we can supply.

Takedowns and corrections

If you believe a source is returning something it should not, tell us with the source name and the specific record. We would rather hear it than not.
